Local forces are insufficient for localizing the fire; another problem is the blocked roads to Gory. Russians are preventing fire brigades to travel to the disaster areas. Tbilisi urges Russia to honor the ceasefire deal and leave Georgian territories immediately.
Georgian Parole Commission discussed Thursday cases of 158 prisoners. Convicts of all categories were included in the list. Among them were eight women and four minor convicts. The meeting lasted for two hours.
