U.S. ambassador attended presentation of a new radio location station in Gonio

The ambassador of the United States, John Bass attended the presentation of a new radiolocation station in Gonio, Adjara, the construction of which was over a few days ago. The head of the Border Police Department, Zaza Gogava was also attending the ceremony today. The new radio system will allow Georgian border police to have perfect control of the Georgian waters and the coasts, to reveal and uproot any violations in the Georgian controlled areas, including smuggling. The U.S. government sponsored the construction of the new radiolocation station.
